The Crawford Metropolitan Housing Authority, City of Galion Ohio will open the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list, then closing the waitlist on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 9:00 am in accordance with CFR 982.206. Pre-applications will be accepted for the Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 9:00 am. After the closing date of Monday, March 23, 2026, at 9:00 am no pre-applications will be accepted. Public Notice will be provided when the Crawford Metropolitan Housing Authority determines to re-open the waiting lists. The CMHA has determined that based on HUD regulation, a public hearing is not required when opening and closing the waiting list. Therefore, only public notice will be provided as stated in the prevailing Crawford Metropolitan Housing Authority Administrative Plan.
